Will the screen on my new blackberry storm get really scratched up if i keep it in my jeans pocket? - jeans pocket

I'm a guy and I would just keep my phone in the pocket of the jeans and will be internally and externally. Only a few days and the screen is easily scratched. When I do this for months and months, the screen is removed or probably agree?
